Some people think in lines, others in sounds or words. I think in shapes, which influences my graphic illustration style. I enjoy working with both colors and in black and white. My work is about opposites, digital and traditional, black and white, organic and geometric shapes.
While I consciously decide what it is my illustrations are going to depict, my instincts and intuition shapes exactly how the image is created. After I start, the art flows from my hand and I follow where it takes me. I use a tablet and digital media to create work that appears as though it were crafted with traditional means; utilizing the computer programs allow me to better sculpt and craft my images.
